My husband and I decided to have a wedding with only ONE MONTH to plan. As crazy as that sounds, we were able to have the wedding of our lives because Megan was there to support us and bring us to the finish line.
Megan is SO sweet. I’m truly grateful that she agreed to help plan and coordinate our short notice wedding. From the late night texts – back and forth to get the decor figured out – to receiving last, last minute RSVPs, Megan was there to make sure everything was under control and I had no reason to worry.
Seriously, you need Megan as your wedding coordinator!

We would not have had such an incredibly smooth and stress free wedding experience without her. Megan really outdid herself throughout the entire process, and seeing her work her magic on our Wedding Day was truly amazing.
We started our wedding planning like I assume most couples do… without having any clue what to do! We started googling, watching YouTube videos, TikToks, and IG. The amount of information we went through was overwhelming. Plus, raising a toddler made it that much more difficult. And for some context, we had decided to have a wedding on the smaller side. 30+ guests, simple chapel ceremony, and an intimate dinner reception. We initially thought we would be able to handle most of it ourselves. We couldn’t have been more wrong.
The moment we brought Megan on, from the very first call, we instantly realized how CRUCIAL a good wedding planner is. In that first conversation alone, Megan helped organize all our thoughts and notes up to that point and laid out a plan that we could follow. The amount of logistical work she does is not something we could have accomplished on our own. Just the general wedding planning details alone, like venues, food, decor, reception, procession, vows, photography, etc is INTENSE. Megan kept us on track, organized, and answered all our questions. And oh boy did we have a lot of questions.
On top of that, her communication with all the vendors, our bridal party, our guests, and keeping everything together up until Wedding Day was next level. The amount of mental freedom you get by working with Megan is priceless.
Then comes the Wedding Day. Specifically for the Bride and Groom, you can’t really explain or understand how fast and how much is going on until you experience it first hand. Believe me, you will NEED a Megan on the big day. From the early morning till the end of our dinner reception, there were so many things we didn’t even consider we needed to do. But Megan did. Along with her team (shoutout to Tristen!) they took care of everything.

It’s hard to put into words how Megan’s business changed our wedding experience for the better! My husband and I really wanted to be able to focus on our marriage and spending this life changing milestone with family and friends, without the stresses of planning the perfect wedding day. We hired Megan for her “Month-of Magic” coordination package, and we truly feel that the day could not have gone as smooth without that incredible support during the final month and, of course, on our wedding day. Megan also made herself accessible via text and email before that month started if I had a question or two. She provided us with very straightforward organizational documents to assist with planning and getting ready for her to take over. The best part of the “Month-of Magic” coordination package was that Megan handled ALL vendor communication the last month. It. Was. Amazing!!!!!
She has such a wealth of experience, and she knew exactly which questions to ask and requests to make. We felt like we were in good hands. I can’t leave out that when I freaked out the night before about forgetting table numbers, Megan designed a set specially for our wedding and had them ready with stands the next day. Unreal. On the day of, Jessica from Megan’s team, along with 2 other awesome ladies, were there every step of the way to make sure the day went smoothly. We had no stress about setup or tear down! They handled mini hiccups for us so we could just focus on enjoying our wedding day. I cannot recommend this business enough! Since getting married, my wife and I have been to a few weddings and have thought, “Imagine if Megan were here.” Megan makes sure that all of the details are taken care of on your wedding day and before. Megan will take care of things that you’ll notice at future weddings you attend won’t be taken care of. Megan did things like orchestrating the ceremony to make sure everyone was spaced far enough apart when walking down the aisle. Though my favorite was that Megan made sure that my wife and I were well fed on our wedding day–even bringing us a tray of appetizers just for us during cocktail hour.
Megan was willing to meet with us as often as we needed prior to our wedding to understand our vision, preferences, and ideal wedding day. Throughout the process, she helped calm us down and helped us set expectations. I’ve already recommended Megan to several friends I know getting married.
My only wish is that Megan branch out and help plan more things in my life because she is perfect at it. 🙂

Megan always says that there was a reason she was brought into her couples’ lives – this couldn’t be more true. From the very beginning, Megan clicked with us. Life kind of spiraled in every direction (pregnancy, covid, cancelling the wedding, replanning the wedding). Megan stood strong through it all. She was a beacon that reassured me, saying “we’re going to be okay.” She was everything we needed in a wedding planner. If I had to pick my favorite of Megan’s many qualities, it would be her communication. Not once during our planning, then replanning did she lose communication. She had tons of other things going on, but we knew if we had questions/ concerns, it would be answered promptly. I got married during the pandemic, in my living room, with less than one month’s notice. Once engaged, I found a dress, rings, an officiant, and stalled out. I called Megan to see if she could help me find dinner, and instead I found the one thing I really needed but didn’t know it: a creative coordinator who loves her job and knows her industry well. She made a schedule for the big day where my now-husband and I would be ready and then leave the house (masked!) for photos. We were out of the house for about two hours, and came back to a totally transformed, magical (truth in advertising!) setting.
Megan used her vendor relationships to create a spectacular setting for our ceremony and a sweetheart table for us to have a special seafood feast after the deed was done. She created a gorgeous table with unique flowers for us, and that theme echoed through the entire house! Perfect flowers on the “cake table” in the kitchen, and even in the bathrooms! If you’re not going to be able to leave the house or celebrate with loved ones on your wedding day, it’s a huge blessing to have your whole house transformed into a fairy tale space.
I know I would have gotten married that day regardless. I know just as much that I wouldn’t have had a dream wedding like I did without Megan. I cannot recommend her services enough. She has endless patience and the ability to work calmly through all the things you’d expect: nervous bride, distracted groom, slipping timelines. She’ll sort everything out with grace, every time. Last, I’ll say that we would have completely forgot to exchange rings without her gentle reminder at the tail end of our Zoom wedding! Megan *made* the day, then *saved* the day!

Amazing. Wonderful. Incredible. Magnificent. Professional. First Class! I freaking LOOOVE Megan! To this day, I still believe that hiring her as our wedding coordinator was the BEST decision I have ever made. After getting engaged, I felt overwhelmed and knew that I wouldn’t be able to organize the wedding by myself. My (now) husband and I work a lot (and have opposite schedules) and I didn’t have that many people that could help with the wedding planning. Granted that I had a whole year to plan the wedding, I didn’t even know where to start! I found Megan on WeddingWire and set up an appointment with her. I already knew that she would be amazing during our first meeting. I gave her a rough idea of what I was thinking and she helped me finalize and fine tune the details to make our wedding an unforgettable MAGICAL moment for us and our family and friends.
My venue was indoors requiring a flip from the ceremony to reception and all her recommendations were spot on! She really knows the industry and has the right connections. I truly appreciate how organized and detailed she was – it really showed me that she knew and LOVED what she does. Our weekly emails that kept track of our progress was such a comfort knowing that everything was being taken care of. Megan is also compassionate and very understanding of the stress brides are under. She has even (on more than one occasion) listend to me rant about things… preventing a full meltdown (LOL). She is easy to talk to, practical, and upfront about everything. I didn’t worry about a single detail during my wedding day – knowing that she was taking care of everything made me enjoy our day to the fullest. She is truly an amazing person who goes above and beyond for her clients. I would recommend her to anyone who wants their wedding or any event to be a truly magical moment. Megan is worth her weight in gold. My husband and I found her through another vendor referral and it’s been an absolute blessing. We knew we wanted (NEEDED) a Day of Coordinator for our 115 person, May wedding, and she was starting her business in the OC/LA area.
We cannot sing her praises enough…She is extremely organized, professional, genuine, very positive, attuned to details (her timeline is defined to the minute!), and very experienced at what she does. She demonstrated initiative to survey the venue, reach out to my other vendors, and think through all of the nuances that often times get overlooked. During the event, she was an invisible WORKHORSE to execute the setup of our signage, vendor and reception tables, candy station, and their cleanup, as well as looking after my husband and I to make sure we had enough to eat or to offer updates. Megan even helped me pull off a surprise hula for my husband! She also helped transport items, coordinate last minute rentals, and was very good about checking in to make sure that I was doing okay during the planning process as well as the day of. Megan ran a tight ship (with flexibility) and the entire day/evening was so smooth/seamless…yes, MAGICAL.
No question: my wedding party, family, and my husband and I unanimously agree that the success of our wedding is because of Megan. I now not only have found my go-to event planner, but a great friend. I would give her 10 stars if I could, and have zero hesitation to recommend Megan for other weddings/events! Where do I even start?! I am a venue manager for a venue in San Diego. I work with coordinators daily to gather all necessary documents needed for a clients big day! Megan was of the most organized planners to date. She knew all venue rules, turned in all documents on time and was a delight to work with the day of. She is high energy from hour 1 to hour 12…or 16 ; ) Not only did Megan not miss a detail on my end but she knew her clients wants and needs front to back. My (now) husband and I live in the SF bay area, and we found our venue (the Darlington House in La Jolla) in August of 2017. We knew that we needed help getting our wedding together since we quite frankly had no idea what we were doing, especially given that we lived 500 miles away.
Luckily we met Megan soon after we found our venue, and realized the incredible mountain of work ahead of us to plan our August 2018 wedding in San Diego. We told Megan candidly “we don’t know what we’re doing”, and our wonderful journey started from there. We hired her as our month-of coordinator, and added destination wedding and vendor referrals and communication help to our package.
She did SO much more than just helping us the month-of:
– She helped form a timeline for us to work through with a checklist of things to do for every 3 months, leading up to the wedding.
– She used her years of experience in the wedding and events industry to recommend only the best vendors for the best price, while also educating us on what we should be looking for and how we should be negotiating these contracts. (We saved a good chunk of money thanks to her!)
– She was always extremely supportive and checked in with us often to answer questions and ease our anxieties about the wedding.
– She was a great partner in bouncing back and forth ideas that we had for vendor selection, decor, and everything else.
– She REALLY made sure to help us bring the wedding that we wanted to life; she spent time getting to know us and gave us so much creative freedom in how we wanted to do our wedding.
And on the month-of, and the day-of, everything went SO smoothly thanks to her diligence in planning. It’s clear that she has a ton of experience doing this and we felt so at peace with her at the helm. She helped us with our timeline, our layout, ran our wedding rehearsal, and checked in frequently with us on the day of to make sure we were all good.
Even though she’s based in LA, it was so easy to work across 3 cities with her on our La Jolla wedding. She was extremely accommodating with our needs and we can’t thank her enough.

I want to rave about how wonderful Megan is as a wedding coordinator! She was my day-of coordinator for my wedding in San Diego in April 2018 and from the beginning of our interactions in 2017, she went above and beyond in her duties to ensure our wedding day was seamless, even before the day actually arrived.
She’s very personable and takes an earnest desire to get to know you as a bride and as a person. This really helps as she brings your dreams of a perfect wedding into reality for the big day! She’s also very organized and worked well and communicated thoroughly with all of our vendors. Everyone knew where and when to show up, what needed to be done and by when, and helped clean up. No one thinks of the clean-up after the party but her willingness and organization lasted until the last minute when everything was packed. Megan also knows her stuff! You could tell she’s worked in events before so she knew the routine, worked well with others, and was quick to trouble-shoot when things don’t happen quite as planned. (I only know this bc we talked after the wedding and I didn’t even know the day of!). So many of our other vendors and my family members commented on how organized and professional Megan was and what a tremendous help it was for her to be there.
With that, I want to highlight the ease, peace of mind, and behind the scenes work that a wedding coordinator provides and how valuable it is to have one at your wedding. There’s a lot to handle on the day-of with the organization of brides varying in levels, but even the most organized bride benefits from having a professional coordinator like Megan take the reigns for the day. Also, if you flip the room and overlap any of your materials/props/decor from ceremony to reception, a wedding coordinator like Megan plays a critical role in making sure one thing gets to the next!
Megan is well acquainted with San Diego vendors and still has a lot of connections in the area. I’m grateful for her and her work and she really helped make our wedding perfect for us! We didn’t have to worry about anything and instead, enjoyed soaking up all the love from our family and friends. I want to keep reliving our wedding day over and over! Thank you Megan!
