“Month-of Magic” Wedding Planning Package with Muckenthaler Mansion
What is the “Month-of Magic” Package?
Life is about the memories we make during life’s biggest moments. From the moment a couple wakes up on their wedding day, they should be able to know that their special day is going to go off exactly as they envisioned. There are many people involved in a wedding day but the #1 priority for Magical Moments by Megan is to be an advocate for the couple. MMM will make sure all the moving parts that the couple has put together over weeks, months and years of planning is executed as seamlessly as possible.
The “Month-of Magic” Wedding Planning Package was carefully crafted to enhance the client’s experience with Colette’s Catering at the Muckenthaler Mansion. Colette’s Events handles many aspects in house but MMM’s service takes things a step further. MMM will work closely with the couple on the wedding day timeline – the blueprint of the wedding day – and will play a key role in streamlining communication among all the vendors and key parties on their behalf in the final countdown to the wedding day.
Through a STRESS-FREE DAY of getting ready, walking down the aisle and after every toast has been given, once all the festivities have taken place and the day wraps up, the couple will feel and know that they experienced a day of true MAGIC. Rather than getting wrapped up in details, they will each be able to spend every moment creating memories with their closest friends and family.
What is included in the “Month-of Magic” package?
With the “Month-of Magic” Package, every couple will receive:
- 30 days unlimited phone + email communication
- Attend (1) site visit with the client + any necessary vendors 30 days prior to the wedding
- Assistance with event logistics + layouts – in cooperation with the venue + catering team
- Take over vendor communication 30 days prior to alleviate responsibility from the couple
- Information transfer + vendor contract review
- Full assistance with a detailed wedding day timeline – the “blue print” of the day
- Coordinate client’s personal items – including set-up the day-of, collect + return after event
- Plan + direct wedding rehearsal as needed
- Serve as day-of wedding coordinator, vendor liaison + client advocate – up to 8hrs or 10hrs onsite
- (1) assistant – up to 8hrs or 10hrs on the wedding day
What is the investment for “Month-of Magic“?
Investment amount for The “Month-of Magic” Package begins at:
$2500* (8hr package)
$2800* (10hr package)
*The “Month-of Magic” Package base price is for couples who:
- Have no more than 120 guests
- Have less than 13 people in their wedding party (includes officiant, parents, bridesmaids/men, groomsmen/women, flower girl + ring bearer)
- Are hosting both the ceremony AND reception at the Muckenthaler Mansion
- Are working with professionally contracted vendors (if your friend is a professional DJ or florist, a business license and proof of insurance is required)
Need help beyond the “Month-of Magic” package?
The following options + a la carte services are available:
- $200 per (20) additional guests over 120
- $100 per (2) additional people in wedding party
- $800 additional if ceremony is off-site
- $200 per vendor that is not a licensed professional
- $200 per additional site visit (up to 2hrs, can take place at any time, even prior to the 30 day mark)
- $300 per on-site assistant (4hr minimum, additional hours can be added at $75/hr per assistant)
- Additional hours will be billed at the consultation/planning fee of $100/per hr for remote communication (phone/email/Skype, etc.) or $150/per hr. in person or onsite consultation/coordination
